$14,650,000: Represented seller on disposition of a 50,000sf Class A office building in Kirkland, WA. Worked with owner for over 10yrs on re-tenanting, renewals, capital upgrades & successful off market sale of the asset at 100% occupancy.
Spokane Valley O’Reilly
$1,300,000: Represented buyer on purchase of single tenant net leased property. Preformed all due diligence on behalf of buyer as well as assisting in 1031 exchange process.
Ground Up Development
A ground up mixed use development project with 66 apartments and retail located in the heart of the U-District. Schuchart Hutchinson provided project equity and development oversight and Schuchart Corporation was the General Contractor. The ground up project was finished ahead of schedule and was fully leased upon occupancy late summer 2016. Prexy was sold in 2017 for $21,500,000 to an investment group.
